Retailers without a Web presence are at a distinct disadvantage. For lawyers, advising web based businesses implicates diverse areas of law. There are complex issues surrounding web site hosting and e-commerce agreements. There are also issues of online contracting and rise of state and local taxation of e-commerce. These and many other touch businesses that sell on the Web. This program will provide you with a practical guide to advising clients about the most important aspects of their web-based business.
